3 Pieces of DSP = 1 Card

Today I’d like to show you a fun card that relies on strips of Designer Series Paper, or DSP. This paper is from a pack called Masterfully Made, and in my opinion, all the paper patterns in this pack knock it out of the park. Check it out here on the website, and see if you don’t love it all too!

For today’s card, I’m using Lemon Lime Twist as my card base color. I do love this color; it’s so bright and cheery. You’ll want to start with a 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece and score at 5 1/2″ and fold.

Cut 2 strips of your selected DSP that measure 2″ x 5″; attach these to the front of your card base:

Cut a piece of your DSP that measures 4″ x 4″. Affix this on top of your two strips, centering it:

Or if you’d prefer to left align the flowers:

Here’s the final card after I added a greeting in the corner. I used Biggest Wish stamp set but you can use any greeting you have.

Note: The first image at the top is the true color of the paper. It appears to be more yellowish as the pictures progress, but I think that has to do with the lighting, so forgive the inconsistency with that.

Let me know if you try this card; I’d love to see a pic!
