Happy New Year! Friends, did you set any new year resolutions? I heard that it’s best to make a completely new resolution than you’ve ever made before, and to break it into small goals, instead of one large one. If you’re Team No Resolutions, there’s nothing wrong with that, either. I tend to be the latter, although I do believe in always striving to better yourself, no matter what time of year it is.

I’m struggling with getting into a routine yet, following the holidays. We took down our outside decorations last night, but the tree and everything inside is still up. For me this feels more like the 1st week of January, and I want to start the year by posting regularly here. I hope you’ll join me as I talk a little bit about life, and talk even more on card design.

Yes, there will be a January Cards to Go class; I’m just finishing up details on it and will be posting it this week. If you’re new here, I put together a card kit each month that you can purchase and make cards at home. No experience is necessary- I provide a detailed tutorial and am always available to answer questions.

What are your crafting goals for this year? Are you working on a scrapbook you want to finish? Or perhaps you just want to squeeze in 15 minutes of “me” time today? Either one is admirable- please let me know if I can help you along the way.
