Happy Birthday Card Inspiration

Hello~! I hope you are having a great start to the day/week (depending on when you are reading this!) In this previous post I talked about the top five ways to turn your scraps of paper into cards you can mail out. Today I want to show you four different birthday cards that I ended up making from some of those scraps.

This is a basic fun fold card that uses boho blue cardstock as the base. Funny story, I did not measure when I started to make this card, so thankfully I had enough of the same DSP to complete it! Here’s the inside of the card

Card #2 feature a boho blue cardstock base as well. I used the natural polka dot trim as an accent across the front. It blends nicely with the branches! For the most part this trim is very versatile and goes with a lot of different DSP packs.

This card sports a balmy blue cardstock base, with an embossed front as the backdrop for the DSP. I added a leaf sprig, which was an extra from a previous Paper Pumpkin kit. (Click here to learn about Paper Pumpkin and why it might be a good choice for you!)

Do you have any cards that you were surprised by the end result, either good or bad?

Thanks for following along! I’d love to see what you create!

Jen
